December 24, 2010 Menu will be coming shortly but this is always a hit! Innkeeper Ari Nikki uses long standing family recipes that are traditional to the feast from the "Land of Santa Claus!"

A Currier & Ives Christmas Dinner
Experience an all American holiday as it was meant to be in the picturesque hillsides of this romantic Vermont inn. Our Christmas dinner starts with an Appetizer Tasting and then progresses to two choices of soup either a Pumpkin Apple with Black Truffle Cloud or Carrot Ginger with Cheddar Crouton then a Roasted Vegetable Terrine over Mixed Greens with Robert's Balsamic Vanilla Bean Reduction and then a choice of Herb Crusted Tenderloin of Beef stuffed with Goat Cheese and served with a Jack Daniel's Demi Glace or Roast Boneless Goose Stuffed with Rabbit, Lemon and Herbs. A delicious assortment of sides will be offered, including: Cranberry -Orange Relish, Traditional Cranberry Sauce, Apple Sausage Stuffing, Roasted Chestnut and Fennel Stuffing, Mashed Yams with Maple Syrup and a Pecan Streusel Topping, Green Beans with Bacon and Chives, Whole Baby Carrots, Slow Roasted Turnips, Baby Brussel Sprouts with Lemon and Capers and Roasted Potatoes with Herb Butter. A dessert tasting will follow which will include: Mini Cheesecake with Raspberries, Mini-Pumpkin Creme Brulee, Candied Fruit and three Vermont/New Hampshire Cheeses.
