Dining is also a priority for our guests at the inn and we provide a high energy cooked to order country breakfast to give you energy for your day on the slopes. Then, later that day, you will return to a roaring fire and hot beverages or have a drink in one of many lounging areas our guests can enjoy. In fact, the inn has over 6,000 square feet of not so common "common" space for our guests to share.

At 7:00 pm we offer a single seating for dinner which guests have exclaimed, "the best meal I have had in twenty years!" and "a melody of flavors, colors and textures that was as pretty to look at as it was delicious." The inn takes great pride in its culinary efforts and is definitely a place for "foodies." Some weekends offer cooking classes that will make your friends think you graduated from the Le Cordon Blue! Innkeepers Robert and Ari both emphasize that the food is about New England and local organic products when possible but with a global influence.
